payment We accept Visa, MasterCard and Cash. Tips cannot be added to your credit card, so kindly bring a bit of cash with you before you come in. |

appointments We accept both appointments and walk-ins. However, we always recommend calling in advance even if it means calling 30 min - 1 hour before you want to come in to put your name down. |

cancellation policy We have no official cancellation policy. However, we would appreciate a phone call in advance if you cannot make it to your appointment if you are running late. |

friendly weekend reminder If you are on a tight schedule on busy days (generally Fridays, Saturdays and some week nights), we recommend calling us 30 minutes before to check in and see if we are running on time. |

10 minute grace periods Your appointment will be lost 10 minutes after your appointment time. You will then be considered a walk-in and will be served at the next available time slot. |
