What is your key to feeling beautiful no matter how busy you are?

Routine! Sweating once a day with exercise and taking care of my skin from the inside out. I always wash my face before bed no matter what with natural and organic products. I also like to consume a lot of alkaline vegetable based foods (salads, smoothies, juice) throughout the day because what we put inside, reflects on the outside 🙂

Do you ever get nail art?

Yes. One time I had 4th of July gel nails where each nail had a different design. It was fun!

Best drink to go with a mani?

H20…or some vino 😉

What color nail polish would you wear on vacation to Paris?

Essie Cashmere Matte

What is your ideal Saturday like?

Get in a good work out first thing, after lying in bed for a few while enjoying my warm lemon water with aloe vera (everyone should do this daily upon rising– anti-inflammatory, immunity boosting, detoxifying, balances Ph levels etc.). Hike with friends, maybe walk around Beverly Hills or take a trip to LACMA, have lunch at Fala Bar if casual or outside at Il Pastaio or Cecconi’s, see a movie or if summertime, go to the beach, Malibu Country Mart and Nobu.

Favorite fad workout (if any)?

Favorite hair style?

My natural waves

Best way to stay youthful looking?

Nourish your body with alkalizing foods and exercise daily. Pay attention not only to what goes inside your body, but also what goes on the outside.

What is your favorite type of pie?

Not a fan of pie, but I’ve never met a cookie I didn’t like 😉

Your go-to outfit for work is….

Skinny jeans, nike dunks, t-shirt and open button down flannel
