Do you have any hidden talents?

Speed-knitting

Do you have a go-to nail polish color? If so, what is it?

I love mixing it up, but can always go for a deep red wine like Bordeaux by Essie.

What is your go-to restaurant and/or bar in town?

Lately, I’ve been loving Louie’s of Mar Vista, a totally laid back setting with a modern take on Southern Classics. Honey Sriracha Fried Chicken, come on!  They even have their own bee hive on the roof to use the honey for dishes and drinks that incorporate honey.

What is the last book you read?

My Fight / Your Fight by Ronda Rousey

Your hair guru is….

Erik McEwen- my first and only hair stylist since moving to LA five years ago.  He is a dream and I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.  He also happens to be the lead stylist for GLAMSQUAD LA (but I can say I knew him when…).

Favorite hair style?

The oh-so-hot “Lob.”

Favorite feature or body part on yourself?

Legs

If you could have anyone’s hair, whose would it be?

The effortless Mrs. “Coach” Taylor, Connie Britton

Who has the best coffee in LA?

Blue Bottle Coffee on Abbot Kinney

Would you ever wear your nails pointy?

If i didn’t have such a hands-on job, I’d give it a whirl.

TV show you can binge watch.

I am currently watching The Office from the very beginning and loving it all over again!  Such a perfect show and cast of characters.  I also have never worked in an office setting, so it is probably much more amusing to me, imagining what it might actually be like.

Who do you admire most?

My grandmother, a former U.S. Marine, who just turned 93 and is loving life on the lake in Cape Cod, MA.  I always have things to ask her when I see her, and she is just full of knowledge and strength. I love her travel stories most of all, since she is quite the thrill-seeker and world-traveler!
