She is also the founding chef of Taste of Pace, a full-service catering company. She is classically trained in Western European cuisine and created her company to focus on new creative food combinations and rich joie de vivre! What is the most important “job” in your life right now?

Being happy and leading a balanced life

 

What is your key to feeling beautiful no matter how busy you are?

I take a salt bath every night.  It’s my way of being kind and indulgent to myself.  And also, bathing is a necessity.  Haha!

I’m a decent shot with a pistol.

Glitter. Anything glitter. I’m sure there will be a day when there is a different answer, but for the past two years this has been it.

I totally would get tricked out nail art if I wasn’t a chef.  Bling, bling, bling.

A cold tea, lightly sweetened.

Manicures and Pedicures- same time or staggered?

Same time.  Make me feel like a Grecian princess from ancient times!

Best way to stay youthful looking?

Be happy, use sunscreen and hats, get on that good anti-aging topical routine with Arcona or whatever your jam is.

Who has the best coffee in LA?

Cafecito Organico.  My favorite is their “cafecito.”

Would you ever wear your nails pointy?

Yep! If I could have nails. “le sigh”
