Covid-19 & Mask Policy

For Los Angeles: All clients must wear a mask over their mouth and nose during their services. Please remember to bring your proof of vaccination OR negative COVID-19 test results to your appointment. Clients who do not have this information readily available, or do not comply with the mask requirements, will not be serviced and will be charged per our late cancellation policy.

For Dallas: All clients must wear a mask over their mouth and nose during their services.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

Please be on time for your appointment. We have a 10 minute grace period; after 10 minutes you will be considered a walk-in and will be given the next available time.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, please call, go online or visit your mobile app.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please cancel through your online/mobile app or by calling the salon you booked at 3 hours prior to your appointment time.

Failure to cancel your appointment within the policy guidelines will result in a 50% charge on your credit card on file.

If any nails chip or peel WITHIN the above time frames, we will fix the chipped or peeled nails!
